First off I want to say congrats to the both of you. You both did a great job. I also want to add that I dont have as much respect for either of you since you did join this game with pre formed alliances. I understand its how these games work sometimes but I think it gives the people who do that an advantage over people like me who did not. I know niether of you wanted my respect but Ill just put that out there. Luckily both of you did the same thing because had one of you not, that person would have had my vote no qustions asked. I dont have a problem with how either of you played this game. Anything that you guys did I would have also done if it would have got me to the end. Rachel - Your going to have to explain to me what you did in this besides win a bunch of competitions because that doesnt impress me. I am more impressed by someone who mkaes it to the end without them then with them Jason - You suprised me and I said it earlier, You were either the smartest player or the dumbest player. I am very impressed with how you played the game near the end. You really stood up and seperated yourself from the background. Here is my question to both of you. As you know, luck plays a huge role in these games. Everyone playing had some sort of luck..good or bad. I want both of you to describe at least 3 situations in this game where you created your own luck. You made something happen instead of just getting lucky it happened. Here is the catch..I dont want to hear anything about the challenges. So none of your answers can be that you made your own luck by winning because I want to see more depth in each of your games then just by winning challenges. Goodluck to both of you. I also want to say I HATE the word sorry. SO if either of you over use that word I probablly wont vote for you Thanks guys

Also, what makes you think that I do not want your respect Will?
Situation #1 In the beginning of the game I laid lots of little seeds that sprouted and took out some big threats. One of these was the backdooring of Dave. In the beginning of the game, I really like Dave but once he won that first HOH and Jess and I compared notes we realized that he was building the bonds he built with us, with everyone. I knew from then on, he was going to be a huge social threat. Once he began to win competitions I realized that one of the only ways we were going to be able to get him out was to backdoor him. Every now and then I would make a little comment to Rachel, Janelle, Chelsia, Jessica, James, and others that backdooring Dave would be the only way out. Rachel even told me that it was my influence that really made her decide to backdoor him. Granted, everyone did want him out, but if she is going to give me credit, I am going to take it.
Also, in the early weeks of the game I began to make up lies about Amanda, talking to people about how fake she was being and saying she was lying about a lot of stuff. When James nominated her I was ecstatic because I knew she was going to leave, but once everyone began to attack her at that nomination ceremony I knew my ground-laying had paid off.
Situation #2 One of the best moves I think I made in the game was splitting the strong alliance that Jessica and Rachel had. They were friends outside the game and I knew that they had a final two. I assumed that I was higher on Jess' ally list just because I wanted to think that, plus I did not have two other friends backing me up like Rachel did.
Anyway, when I was HOH, I was going away on vacation and would not have been able to compete in veto. So before I left I told Jess to make sure that she won veto and kept the nominations the same. Jess and I spoke for the first time over the phone that week, and we just chatted about life and past games and stuff. Then she made a comment about her ex and his name being Max, and I remember that Eddie's name was Max. This made a light bulb go off in my head.
So it turned out that Jess and Eddie both had the same score on the veto, making people believe that they both worked on it together. I then remember asking Rachel is Eddie was Jess' ex. She said he was and then we continued to discuss it. This is when Rachel threw Jess out from the final two spot they had and replaced her with me. Rachel was furious that Jess did not tell her about Eddie. Rachel no longer had any trust in Jessica and I had distracted the three girl's attention from me, nominating Janelle to the pair of Jessica and Eddie.
Situation #3[/u] Another situation was voting out James. As much as that vote sucked, I had to have Eddie still in the game because I knew that if him and Jess were still in the game the three girls would try and take out the pair instead of going after me. Another great side affect to this was the fact that Eddie was now willing to work with me. By getting Eddie to talk game with me, a whole new door was opened up to me. We came up with all these situations where one of the girls would be forced to nominate the other. This is where my bad luck came into play. Neither of us were able to pull off the plans we had made, but by making them Eddie had motivated me to not give up. I knew they were beatable and I was not going to go down without a fight. This motivation helped me do as well as I did towards the end of the game.

Well I posted in Chelsia's question a rehash of everything I did in this game. If you think that winning competitions is not important, then why even consider giving a vote to Jason? I also would like to point out that my game relied a lot more on other alliances I formed. Within week 1, I had an alliance with two of the challenge powerhouses in this game: James and Dave. Even though I had pre-existing relationships, I still went out of my way to talk to people and get to know them. I spoke to James about anything and everything and realized we had so much in common. I spoke to Dave about his writing fanfiction stories and his engagement. I even had conversations with you week 1 Will about how large your family is and how you run into people that you don't even know are related to you. So even though I had alliances, I still made sure to get to know other players in the game. I wonder if the same can be said about Jason? I have in fact conversations where the three of you all state you didn't speak to Jason so how can he claim that one of his main strategies was to get to know others? He already knew Janelle, Jessica, Chelsia, Amanda and I. He didn't speak to you three. So who did he get to know?
Before I move on to my situations, I would like to point out some flaws in Jason's. He can point out flaws in mine after if he wishes.
For his first situation, he claims I told him he was the "catalyst" to me wanting Dave out. Week 8, when I was scared and needed that final 2 alliance, I would've told him the sky was green if he thought so. Yes, I lied, but everyone has at some point in this game. If accolades are needed for the Dave eviction, I will note them in one of my answers below. I just wanted to point out that I am the one who actually nominated Dave and was the one who planned it the week before in order for the plan to work out. Jason was merelly a bystander along for the ride.
For his second situation, he claims he split up Jessica and I's alliance. What alliance? Yes we made a final 2 alliance but my bond with Chelsia and Janelle would've never allowed me to vote them out over her, I actually thought I could for some time but I know if put in the situation I wouldn't of been able to. I'm also 100% sure that her bond with Eddie would've never allowed her to vote him out over me. So Jason's situation has no merit, there was nothing there to break.
For his third situation, Jason is once again completely trying to suck up to the 2 people he knows he has votes from, which I don't understand why. Why won't he actually tell people what he told me at 3 different times in this game? Like how after I won the live veto he said:
[22:03] FlyingAce067: Congrats! [22:03] ElMaestro999: thnx [22:03] FlyingAce067: what you thinking about doing? [22:04] ElMaestro999: im gonna talk to jess first [22:04] FlyingAce067: you might take her off? [22:05] ElMaestro999: yes [22:05] ElMaestro999: im talking to her [22:05] FlyingAce067: i dont think thats the right move [22:06] FlyingAce067: g2g [22:06] FlyingAce067: ttyl [22:06] ElMaestro999: ttyl [22:06] FlyingAce067: dont use it plz [22:06] FlyingAce067: <# [22:06] FlyingAce067: <3
and yes, this was the whole conversation. Because Jason tended to do that, he told you what he wanted and then just logged off without even trying to convince you or plan it out with you.
Or how about when he sent me a pm that said that if I used the veto on Jessica that he would still think I was alligned with her and that he would question our final 2 alliance. AND what he told me week 11 once Jessica was gone:
[22:05] FlyingAce067: But I was not sure where you and her stood [22:05] FlyingAce067: since you veto'd her [22:05] ElMaestro999: i lost all trust in Jessica after Eddie-gate [22:05] ElMaestro999: i did it cause I wanted Eddie out [22:05] ElMaestro999: Jessica had a penalty vote [22:05] ElMaestro999: with 2 votes she was out [22:05] ElMaestro999: with James up, there was a bigger chance it would tie [22:05] ElMaestro999: and I could vote Eddie out [22:05] ElMaestro999: but Janelle wouldnt budge [22:06] FlyingAce067: mmmhmm [22:06] FlyingAce067: well i wanted to get kenya out at f7
I have more of the conversation for those interested...
Why continue to lie and pretend that voting out James was his BIG important move when he literally begged me to keep the nominations the same. He stated in his situation that he wanted the couple to stay in the game but yet he told me not to change my nominations? How would that of kept the couple in? Even if you "played me" how would telling me to keep nominations the same had hurt me in any way shape or form? I also like how he says in his opening statement that he would never have voted for Jessica. Sure he didn't, but he sure tried hard to keep her in the game though with those conversations above.
Now onto my 3 situations:
Situation #1 I think my first self-made luck situation was how I was able to spread myself and allign myself with so many people without being caught for so long, which also allowed me to stay for so long. Let's have a breakdown:
I was alligned with Amanda, Dave, Janelle, Jessica, James, Chelsia, Jason, Nicole.
Amanda became enemy #1 week 1 and had a pre-existing relationship with Jason. Jason claims he despised her which could've been a lie on his part but it didn't really affect me. I was able to maintain a relationship with both.
Dave became threat #1 after week 1, I had to juggle Nicole, Jessica, Jason and Chelsia who all wanted him out. I had to tell them I would go after Dave while making sure Dave never suspected anything. This included letting Dave know Nicole was after him but not the others, and letting him know that I was playing others in case he got wind of it. As I said, if need be I was prepared to let Dave know Jason was after him but Dave left the game before it was needed. I also had to play along when Nicole was nominated and make sure Dave didn't suspect anything when I voted to keep Nicole instead of eliminating her as he wanted.
Jessica had 2 people gunning for her in this game. Amanda told me week 1 that she wanted Jessica out of the game, which I let Jessica know about. Jessica also had Chelsia gunning for her earlier then I had wanted to. I was able to control the situation and was never caught by any party involved.
Janelle was the challenge queen and almost everyone wanted her out, including Nicole, Amanda and James. When James won HoH I played along that Janelle as a nominee was a good idea. I don't know if James did buy it at the time but either way I tried not to reveal anything to him about my alliance with Janelle. Nicole had no idea I let Janelle know that she was after her.
Chelsia was pretty easy to protect because she had no enemies till late in the game. I never actually heard others say they wanted to target her so I never had to tell her anything about others.
James was the hardest to keep track of, the second I let Janelle know that I was close to James she nominated him. She was afraid I'd get too attached, which I did. It was really hard to keep James from avoiding nominations but whenever I could I'd try to force the vote another way if at all possible.
Jason, for Jason, I had a couple of people approach me to nominate him. I do not understand why he claims he had a good bond with Dave because on multiple occasions, Dave commented on how he barely spoke to Jason. Dave also always had Jason has his "next nominee" and didn't put him up only because Janelle and I knew Jason. Now that Dave is on the jury I hope he can let everyone know that he did contemplate nominating Jason and would've if it hadn't been for Janelle and I. Here are some exerpts from Dave about Jason.
Week 2 [21:22] ajmong: cuz i wanted mike gone and i knew Janie wanted James gone [21:22] ElMaestro999: jen/amanda/scott/mike can all go [21:23] ajmong: yeah [21:23] ajmong: i don't talk to Jason either [21:23] ajmong: but janie said you both like him [21:23] ajmong: so that's cool
AND
[20:32] ajmong: at this point, i would be willing to nominate scott, nicole, jen, amanda [20:32] ElMaestro999: good choices [20:32] ElMaestro999: lol [20:32] ajmong: lol [20:32] ElMaestro999: similar to mine [20:32] ajmong: i'd nom Jason no problem... but if you both have ties with him, then it makes no sense for me to do that
Week 3
[22:43] ajmong: i just would feel really crappy [22:43] ajmong: but maybe it;s what i need to do [22:43] ajmong: jen is up for sure [22:43] ElMaestro999: no i just mean, scott could be potentially useful [22:43] ajmong: maybe [22:43] ajmong: what if i go jen jason [22:43] ElMaestro999: if u dont put him up, he'd be more inclined to work with you [22:43] ajmong: though... lemme show you what jason sent me [22:43] ElMaestro999: ok [22:44] ajmong: Good job with that HOH! Sorry I have not really been around to do much like talk over AIM. Life has been hectic. I hope you are still down to working together. Who were you thinking of nominating? [22:44] ElMaestro999: lol [22:44] ajmong: i don't even remember saying i would work with him in the first place... [22:44] ajmong: so... dunno where he got that [22:44] ElMaestro999: hahaha [22:44] ElMaestro999: maybe he sent it to the wrong person [22:44] ajmong: we talked at the very begining and were cool with each other... but he hasn;t talked to me since [22:44] ElMaestro999: he hasnt really spoken to me too [22:45] ajmong: bah... i dunno... lol [22:45] ElMaestro999: if u compare jason and nicole, nicole is the bigger threat [22:45] ajmong: yeah [22:45] ajmong: for sure
Week 4
[12:34] ajmong: yeah... this past DR...i wrote a little blurb on each player [12:35] ajmong: for jen and jason... i wrote "Are you even playing this game?" [12:35] ElMaestro999: i did that week 1 [12:35] ElMaestro999: jason should go soon too [12:35] ajmong: yeah [12:35] ajmong: then we have to start burning bridges
So basically, I posted these to point out that Jason talking to Dave was not the reason he was not nominated, it was because Janelle and I knew Jason that Dave kept Jason off the block the 3 times he won HoH.
For Nicole, I had to maintain an alliance with her and subsequently with Scott who were after Dave and Janelle when I was alligned with both of them. I had to make sure Nicole never got the drift that my allegiance to Dave and Janelle was stronger then with her and when I had to cut someone it had to be her first because she was tied to the least people in the game that I could anger if it spread out that I was the one who let Dave and Janelle know that she was after them.
So all in all, I made multiple alliances with people who were gunning for each other left and right and I came out unscathed and never nominated. Every week in this game I had an ally as the HoH and was therefore never nominated (though considered by some). Which all in all is some well done self-made luck
Situation #2
For my second situation of luck I choose Dave's eviction. As I stated in Chelsia's answer, I had become wary of Dave week 4/5 for a few reasons. One, Dave seemed to be closer to Drew and Will then to me and I felt like if say Janelle left the game, he would ditch me to join the other group. He basically, in my eyes, was playing like I was. The first time someone mentioned that Dave should go was Chelsia in week 1 or 2. I don't remember exactly when but she felt that he was too much of a threat and she thought he wasn't really Janelle and I's ally. The next person to really approach me was Jessica who made it clear in our conversations that Dave had allies with multiple others and that she claimed he wasn't my #1 ally. It may of been a ruse to get me to turn on Dave and I applaud her for it, but this further increased my desire to plan for it. The next person to approach me was Jason week 5. In his approach he said that he wanted Dave out in the next few weeks but really didn't elaborate on it. I have the conversation for those interested. The catalyst to me wanting Dave out was in fact Drew. When I had spoken to Drew on 2 separate occasions, he had posted word for word what I had told him to Dave. Dave told me about it which he shouldn't have because it fueled how scared I was that he had side alliances. When week 5 occured, I already pointed out how it was set in motion on whom I wanted out of the game to secure Dave's eviction in the following weeks. I convinced Jason that Drew was the right person to evict:
[20:28] ElMaestro999: if u really want to make sure this plan happens [20:28] FlyingAce067: he has too much power [20:28] ElMaestro999: i would hint towards voting out drew and jen [20:28] FlyingAce067: mmhmm [20:28] FlyingAce067: i thought will was close with dave? [20:28] ElMaestro999: drew is closer [20:28] ElMaestro999: drew tells everything [20:28] ElMaestro999: he posted word for word a conversation i had to dave [20:28] ElMaestro999: nothing bad was said on it [20:29] ElMaestro999: but its just made me realize how close they are [20:29] FlyingAce067: Hmmm... i was actually leaning more towards Will [20:29] FlyingAce067: up until this convo
I also sent PM's to various people to get Drew and Jen out of the game. Meanwhile, I was lucky that Dave never found out that I was targetting Drew so fiercely and that I wanted to keep Scott, his enemy in the game.
The following week, I nominated Dave as planned and I was lucky that he never got wind of the plan. By the next day after the HoH competition, everyone knew of the backdoor plan (except Scott) and Dave never found out. If he had, I knew he would use his secret battle power and I would be screwed but I was lucky and it didn't happen. I was also lucky that almost everyone in the end stuck to the plan to oust Dave.
I believe that all the work I did towards Dave eviction should be noted and that I was lucky it worked out like it did. Otherwise, I would've been in the game with one of the fiercest competitors after me.
Situation #3
The third situation was sheer luck! I am talking about the week Jason won HoH. This was in fact the first week in the game where I felt nervous I would go. As stated before, Jessica had said to me that Jason was easily convinced if you spoke to him last so I waited at work until I saw him log on the BB Board a few hours before the new nominations were due. Once he did, I sent him a series of messages. The first was to tell him that I was scared I wouldn't make final 2 with Chelsia and Janelle and that I would make a deal with him if he wanted. He replied saying he was interested and that he hoped I wasn't "shooting smoke up his ass" which I was. Then to seal the deal I explained this elaborate scheme I had thought of that Eddie had concocted:
Another thing, Eddie is just using you this week. His veto is a pure example of it. He removed Janelle from the block because he wants Chelsia up there. Since I am tied to James I cannot vote for him so he is basically trying to make sure Chelsia goes this week. Why is he doing this? He thinks that if Janelle would've stayed up she would've used her twat and that with Chelsia up there, Janelle won't and this would ensure one of us would go. Also, Chelsia called both he and Jessica out and Chelsia also yelled at Jessica and called her names. So what does Eddie do? He protects Jessica like a boyfriend would. These two have been working together from day 1 and I am surprised I didn't catch on earlier. I had a final 2 deal with Jessica which I intended to keep. However, now I know she was just using me so I need someone else to allign with. Janelle and Chelsia will take each other and I need someone who I can trust 100% to go to the final 2 with.
In the end, even though Jason claims it's what he wanted, and he can deny however he wants. The week ended with Will leaving the game not James and not Janelle's coup power, both of his initial targets. Not only did he not try to get one of the three of us out, he left the power of the coup in play. He basically was my HoH for a week because my main target at the time was Will.
I hope this answers your questions Will. If there is anything else, do not hesitate to ask.

Im not sure when the deadline is but ill ask anyway.
Can you list here the names of everyone who you think would had done your plan to backdoor Dave had they been HOH that round instead of you?

I can answer,
From how things were in the game at the time and the relationships I had formed I think Jessica, James, Jason, Scott and Chelsia could've done it. Others may of been ok with the idea but I don't think they would've actually done it given the chance. I think James also said that he wouldn't of actually gone through with it but I could be wrong. I also think that some others I named above may not have followed through with it if given the chance. Dave was a tough competitor, you didn't want him against you if you could prevent it.
