Power to Declare War
This safe contains the power to declare war on the current Head of Household. You must PM me stating that you are using your power after the nomination ceremony, but before the veto competition results are posted. The power may only be used once and it expires when there are 5 houseguests remaining.
If you decide to use your power, you will face the HoH in a 1 on 1 competition. If you lose the competition, the HoH's nominations will stand. If you win, you will be able to remove one nominee of your choice and replace him or her with a houseguest of your choice. In doing so, both you and the person you save will be immune for the week. If you are on the block, you may remove yourself.
The competition: You will face off in a game of Battleship. You and the HoH will both have 5 ships to place on a 10 X 10 grid.
Aircraft Carrier (5 squares long)
Battleship (4 squares long)
Destroyer (3 squares long)
Submarine (3 squares long)
Patrol Boat (2 squares long)
You will take turns guessing coordinates in order to find the other person's ships. Your turn will be first. If someone hits a space where one of your ships is, declare "hit." If not, declare "miss." The first person to sink all 5 of their opponent's ships will win the competition.
