Rachel is in possession of the BIG BROTHER HANDCUFFS. This means that she will be stuck to a randomly selected houseguest for this week and the next.

The two of you will not be allowed to nominate each other, vote to evict each other, campaign against each other, and if one of you wins the Veto, you must save the other. If you yourself are nominated, then you are allowed to save yourself over her. It is up to you whether or not to reveal your secret to the other houseguests.
